After living overseas for many years, I always had the eager to spread the world what Japan had to offer. I had connection with many people from all kind of regions and one day, one of my friend told me.

 

"You know, I really like the design of Japanese kimono. It would be nice to have a headscarf like that"

 

Since I like to eat (who doesn't!), I always wanted to introduce Japanese local cuisine to the people around the world, but when I though about the start up cost it wasn't too realistic. (Especially if I were to open one overseas!)

 

Years later after returning to Japan, I remembered my friend's word and decided to give it a shot, and HERE I AM!
